Additional information

• Any adult who joins in the workshop but does not craft will be charged 30% of fees to be paid on site
• Children can join at no charges if there are 2 adult seats purchased and they are not crafting
• Infants aged 0-3 can join at no charges if they are not crafting

Amendment policy

• Changes made at least 3 working days (weekdays except for Public Holidays) before the activity are free
• Changes made within 3 working days (weekdays except for Public Holidays) before the activity will be charged SGD 20 as penalty
• Please note that texts, phone calls, and emails during non-working hours (weekdays after 18:00, weekends, and Public Holidays) might receive a delayed response as the admin office is closed

Meet-up information

• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• There is a maximum limit of 3.5 hours from workshop start time. After which, instructor OT will be chargeable. So do arrive on time
• Do not come more than 10 minutes earlier just in case instructor hasn't reached. Please wait for the instructor to arrive at the scheduled time slot. Please contact Craftsforgreen only if the instructor is not present upon the start time
