  • The Prague Visitor Pass is available in two formats, a physical card or an electronic e-Pass on your smartphone
  • You can use the free Prague Visitor Pass app to activate the e-Pass or present the voucher at one of the pick-up points to receive your physical Pass
  • Once you activate a physical Pass, it cannot be exchanged for an electronic e-Pass (and vice versa)
  • Show your activated pass at each experience to receive an entry ticket and keep it, as each site allows only one visit
  • The Prague Visitor Pass provides unlimited travel on public transport within the city during its validity, excluding suburban and commuter buses and trains
  • Sharing public transport info to help you make the most of your Prague Visitor Pass
  • In case you want to download the tram and metro map
