Additional information

• Participants should be able to ride a scooter comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a scooter safely, and no refunds will be issued
• Scooter rentals will be delivered to the guest's hotel and left with the concierge. The guest can retrieve the scooter upon checking in
• At the end of the rental period, guests can leave the scooter with the concierge, and the Operator will collect it the following day

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
