Cancellation Policy

  • During major holidays such as May Day, National Day, summer vacation, and Chinese New Year, hotel bookings are non-cancellable. In case of force majeure, a special application can be made with supporting documents, and the specific loss will be determined based on the hotel's review of the materials.
  • If canceled 12 days before the itinerary, the buyer will be notified of the cancellation and will pay a penalty of 15% of the total tour cost.
  • If canceled 12-5 days before the trip, the buyer notifies of cancellation and pays 30% of the total travel cost as liquidated damages.
  • If canceled 5-1 days before the trip, the buyer notifies of cancellation and pays a penalty of 60% of the total travel cost.
  • If the trip is canceled on the day of departure, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, 100% of the total tour fee will be charged as a penalty.
