If you are delayed longer than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeds 1 hour

  • Transfer Process

  • Order confirmation via SMS/Email - Receive a confirmation from the operator directly that your transfer is confirmed and acknowledged

  • Van transfer - On your chosen pick up date and time, expect a friendly member of Southwest to pick you up be it in the hotel or airport to drive you to your destination

  • Airport Pick Up

  • Please indicate your flight details at the checkout page

  • An airport representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a placard with your name for 1 hour from flight arrival time before proceeding to the meet up location.   • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals
  • Missed pick up services due to incorrect flight numbers will not be refundable. If your flight number has changed, please inform the operator as soon as possible so the driver can track your flight status
  • If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you messaged within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued
