If you are delayed longer than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeds 1 hour

  • Transfer Process

  • Order confirmation via SMS/Email - Receive a confirmation from the operator directly that your transfer is confirmed and acknowledged

  • Van transfer - On your chosen pick up date and time, expect a friendly member of Southwest to pick you up be it in the hotel or airport to drive you to your destination

  • Airport Pick Up

  • Please indicate your flight details at the checkout page

  • An airport representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a placard with your name for 1 hour from flight arrival time before proceeding to the meet up location. The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
