There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

A typical visit lasts between 1-1.5 hours

Upon arrival, security checks similar to airport procedures will be conducted for you and your belongings

Pushchairs are allowed inside the Palace, except during busy periods. Baby carriers and hip seats are available upon request

Handbags and small backpacks are permitted inside. Bags larger than 45 cm×20 cm×30 cm are not allowed

Photography and filming for non-commercial purposes are allowed at the Palace's outdoor areas

Photography and filming, including with wearable devices, are prohibited inside the State Apartments

The use of drones is prohibited

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
