The helicopter has two rows: one seat in the front and three seats in the back. We cannot guarantee specific seats as seating arrangements are determined based on "weight and balance" approved by the FAA. Regardless of where you sit, every seat is guaranteed to have excellent sightseeing views.
In the event of severe weather conditions that do not meet safe flying standards or force majeure events (such as lightning, heavy fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.) as notified by the airline or airport, flights will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
