• Our pick-up area covers Moalboal. Please let us know your hotel name upon booking.

• The tour ending time may be delayed depending on the time of year, number of participants, road conditions, etc. Please consult with us in advance if you have plans immediately after the scheduled ending time or if you plan to fly home on the same day.

• No changes will be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the tour start time.

• Tours are weather permitting. If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.

• For insurance purposes, we will require the names and dates of birth of all participants in order to verify the age. Failure to provide this information will result in your ineligibility for insurance.

• Insurance cannot be provided for those who are 76 years and older; however, you may participate if you purchase own insurance

• The whale shark interaction in Oslob involves wild animals in their natural habitat and is operated and managed solely by the Oslob local government authorities. All procedures, including feeding practices, are conducted under their policies and are beyond our company's control.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: heart disease / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem

• Recommended: Marine shoes (In Moalboal, you will enter the sea directly from the beach, and it is recommended to wear comfortable marine shoes.)
