• Free for children aged 0-2
• Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

【Regarding Items Brought into the Venue】

• Please use the designated parking area for strollers.
• Large luggage cannot be brought into the venue.（There is no storage facility inside the building, so please use external lockers in advance.）
• Food and drinks cannot be brought in (bottled drinks with lids and water bottles are allowed). Alcohol and hazardous items are not permitted.
• Please refrain from wearing clothing or bringing items that may disturb other guests’ viewing experience, such as light-up shoes or glow sticks.

【Regarding Viewing】

• Some exhibits include dark areas or uneven footing.
• Children must be supervised and guided safely under the responsibility of their guardians.
• Due to structural limitations, some exhibits may not be accessible.
• Children must always be supervised by their guardians to ensure safe viewing.
• Wheelchair entry is possible.（However, some exhibits may not be accessible due to structural limitations.）
• Some exhibits feature mirrored floors.（A wrap cloth is available for guests wearing skirts.）
• Please view the exhibits within your personal comfort and safety limits if any of the following apply
• Those who have experienced seizures or loss of consciousness triggered by light stimuli
• Those who are extremely uncomfortable with confined, dark, or high places
• Those who have concerns about their physical condition or stamina
• Those who are prone to motion sickness-like symptoms caused by visual or light effects (similar to VR sickness)

[Regarding Photography]

• Photography and video recording are allowed, but please be considerate of other visitors.
• The use of tripods, selfie sticks, or any equipment longer than 30 cm is not permitted.
• Commercial photography or media coverage requires prior approval.

• Please arrive and line up before your designated admission time.

• Some exhibits may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons.

• Exhibit contents are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

• The organizer is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or troubles that may occur inside the venue.

• For your safety, please follow the instructions of the staff.

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher

• Present your mobile voucher and your valid ID

• Admission is limited to the reserved time slot only.

• Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted.

• Resale for commercial purposes, as well as listing or transferring tickets on auction sites or flea market apps, is strictly prohibited.

• In the event that resale is discovered, the relevant ticket will be rendered invalid, and admission may be refused.
