Usage validity

• The voucher is valid from 1 Nov 2025 00:00 to 31 May 2026 23:59

• The 1-day pass activates when you insert it into the ticket gate and expires at 23:59 on the same day

Redemption information

• Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for physical tickets at the designated exchange locations
• Due to the approach of a typhoon or other natural disasters, business hours may change, or the exchange locations may close without prior notice
• Note: The booking would mark as completed even if the voucher has not been redeemed. But no worries, you may still use your voucher within the validity period

• If you are unable to present your e-ticket due to loss, malfunction, or low battery on your device, you will not be able to use the ticket. And it can't be reissued or refunded
