  • Please be punctual when visiting the merchant. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the merchant may cancel your reservation, and you will not be able to get a refund for any fees paid. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the merchant may refuse to allow you to enter the store to wait.
  • Experience process: The first hour is spent learning about the history of sushi and how to make it, followed by hands-on sushi making. The next 30 minutes are for dining. After the meal, you can also wear headwear or use sushi props to take photos.
