• Children are not allowed to use the facility alone. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 13 years old are not allowed to use the bedrock bath.
• Please refrain from mixed bathing for children who are elementary school students or older, or who are 120 cm or taller.
• Elementary school children are not allowed to enter the facility alone.
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Booking limitations

• Those with tattoos, tattoo stickers, or those who are intoxicated are strictly prohibited from entering the facility.

• We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in the parking lot or facility.
• Please take care of your personal possessions, and note that we are not responsible for any theft that may occur.
• This e-ticket is valid only on the specified date.
• Wheelchairs can be used outside the bathroom (until the dressing room).
• Please refrain from using baby strollers in the facility.

What to bring

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Other bath products such as soap should be prepared by the customer or purchased.
