• The Tri-Bathing Experience is designed for 1–2 guests, offering an intimate and tranquil wellness journey to enjoy solo or to share with a companion
• The Tri-Bathing Experience is designed for adults aged 18 years and over
• Guests with cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, or other medical concerns should consult their healthcare provider before booking
• Booking includes changing time. Separate changing facilities are available should you need additional time to get ready post-soak

• Recommended Duration is 1.5 hour
• Guests may purchase drinks, snacks, and platters upon arrival, paying directly at check-in

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• The activity is not recommended: pregnant women
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Children aged 5-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• For their safety, infants aged 0-4 are not allowed to enter the Hot Pool or the pool rooms
• No Children permitted in the pools after 5:00pm
