- Please select your preferred bicycle plan. However, please note that the number of bicycles available for each type is limited.
- Please inform your preferred start time when making a reservation. Please return the bicycle to the rental location by 4:00 PM
- All the bicycles are equipped with electric assist.
- Children of junior high school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. For safety reasons, children below junior high school age are not allowed to use the bicycles alone. In addition, all users who are junior high school age or younger require a guardian’s accompaniment.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
- Please wear a helmet. Please turn on the front light when it is dark around you. Always lock your bicycle when parking.
- Please obey traffic laws and related regulations, and be fully mindful of traffic manners.
- Users must always check that the provided equipment is complete before using the rental bicycle.If any items are found to be missing before use, please notify the staff immediately to either add the missing items or cancel the rental.
- If any of the accessories lent other than the bicycle itself (helmet, wire lock, key) are lost, stolen, or damaged, the following fees will be charged: ①Helmet: 8,500 yen, ②Wire lock: 4,000 yen, ③Key: 4,000 yen
- If any accessories are missing and the bicycle is returned without notifying the rental location, the user will be responsible for the cost of the missing items under any circumstances.
- ID required at rental
