• Customers who are taking medication to control their condition are not allowed to participate.
• Customers with current or past medical conditions are not allowed to participate (e.g., epilepsy, high blood pressure, pneumothorax, hyperventilation, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, etc., or customers currently taking medication for treatment, or those with existing or past chronic medical conditions).
• Customers with autism and other conditions, as well as those with hearing impairments (including those wearing hearing aids), cannot be guaranteed safety, and therefore reservations are not accepted.
• Due to the operator not having professional medical personnel, safe guided tour services cannot be provided for people with disabilities.
• If store staff determine that they cannot provide service, even if you visit the store on that day, the staff will politely decline to serve you.
• Wetsuit sizes are limited. Males weighing over 100 kg and females weighing over 75 kg cannot participate.
