[Ferry Ticket Redemption and Boarding]
On the day of departure, please proceed to the OceanJet ticketing counter at the departure port of your chosen route, and present your electronic voucher or the booker's name to redeem your ferry ticket.
When redeeming your ferry ticket, please collect the boarding pass for that day and simply present it when boarding.
If you have purchased both outbound and return ferry tickets at the same time, you can collect the return ferry ticket together when redeeming your tickets for the first time. Please keep it safe.
On the day of your return, please proceed to the ferry terminal's departure waiting hall, collect your boarding pass using your return ferry ticket, and then board the vessel.

Please complete check-in and boarding procedures 30 minutes before departure. No refunds will be issued for those who fail to complete check-in on time or miss the vessel.
