• Driver information will be notified via email one day before departure (please check your inbox and spam folder).
• If parking fees and overtime charges are incurred during the charter period, they must be paid to the driver in Japanese Yen on-site according to the actual amount incurred.
• Infants and children must be included in the passenger count. Please accurately fill in the total number of actual passengers when booking. If overcrowding is found on-site, for safety reasons, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• For this itinerary, you cannot specify the vehicle model. The actual vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people on the day and vehicle dispatch. Thank you for your understanding.
• After the agreed departure time, the driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes; after 10 minutes, the waiting time will be included in the chartered car usage time.
