• Purchase the 360° Flight Video to captures the entire helicopter tour, inside and out, recording both video and audio. This includes the pilot's commentary, guest questions, and special moments. Each recording is unique and provided in a digital format, making it easy to download, share, and relive the experience on any platform

• Weight & Balance Policy (For guests weighing 113 kg and above)

• 113–124 kg: An additional Weight & Balance fee equal to 50% of the seat price applies, payable onsite

• 125 kg and above: Purchase of an additional seat is required

• If a guest’s actual weight exceeds the weight disclosed at the time of booking, additional Weight & Balance fees will apply and will be collected on site

• Rescheduling may be required, and applicable rescheduling fees will apply. If rescheduling is not possible, the tour will be charged in full

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

What to wear

• Please note that the experience is an adventure experience and windy and colder than a doors-on tour, so you will have to wear warmer clothes. Jackets and/or sweatshirts are required and long pants are recommended. Closed toed shoes are also required for doors-off tours. For anyone with long hair, a hair tie is required so you don’t get what we call “helicopter hair,” which is not fun afterwards!
