• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. Our company will not be responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed. Please take note.
• Sometimes, due to public holidays or restricted visiting hours at various facilities, we may arrive at the next attraction earlier or end the tour early. We appreciate your understanding.
• Sometimes buses are delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather. If you need to continue your journey using other means of transport, please allow ample time for your next connection.
• Customers participating in a one-day tour are advised to avoid booking dinner or other activities in advance, especially those with flights on the same day. We will not be liable for any compensation if you are unable to attend pre-booked dinner or other activities on time due to traffic congestion, or if you miss your flight as a result.
