Voucher type

• Present your mobile voucher
• Please login to Klook App/website and go to “My bookings”. Click “See voucher” to open the voucher
• Please present the voucher to the local staff on the day of use. If you do not present the voucher on your device, you will not be able to enter the venue

How to redeem

• Please note that the URL certificate must be presented on mobile phone with internet access. The voucher cannot open unless there is internet access
• Please do not operate the ticket by yourself. It must be operated by the staff of the facility. If the ticket shows "used", then the ticket is no longer valid
