• There are no restrooms at the summit station drop-off point. We recommend that you use the restroom before boarding the gondola.
• The area near the summit station is unpaved, so please wear clothes appropriate for the weather and temperature and comfortable shoes (no high heels allowed). Strollers are difficult to push.
• Gondola service may be temporarily suspended or canceled due to strong winds.Information regarding suspension of service will be provided on the day at the Hanazono counter. In that case, we will give you a full compensation refund.
• This is an outdoor exhibition surrounded by nature. We recommend insect repellent measures.
• Children must be accompanied by a guardian.

What to wear

• The temperature at the mountaintop varies greatly depending on the season and weather. We recommend bringing a hooded windbreaker to protect against the cold and rain. Also, please note that there are some areas near the summit station where footing may be difficult, so please wear comfortable shoes.
