• Participants must be aged 7+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 7-9 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Participants aged 7-9 are considered children, based on their official ID

Booking limitations

• A maximum of 5 participants (adults and children) per time slot

• If the facility will be closed due to an emergency situation, you will be informed via email or phone. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity
