  • From May to October, Desert Tengol Hotel, Huanghe Suji, and Helanshan Suji have a peak season cancellation policy where orders cannot be refunded or changed. If cancellation is required, a free cancellation can be applied for 15 days before the travel date.
  • For cancellations within 15 days, the non-refundable room fees for Desert Tengol Hotel, Yellow River Homestay/Helan Mountain Homestay will be deducted, and other fees will be deducted according to the following terms:
  • If the buyer notifies cancellation 15 to 8 days before the trip, a penalty of 20% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • If the buyer notifies cancellation 7 to 2 days before the trip, a penalty of 50% of the total travel cost will be paid.
  • On the day the itinerary begins, if the buyer notifies cancellation, a penalty of 80% of the total travel cost will be paid.
  • Note: If the business loss compensation paid according to the above proportion is insufficient to cover the merchant's actual losses, the buyer shall compensate the merchant for the actual losses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total order fee. Orders placed on major holidays are non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Note: In case of special circumstances (such as needing to provide valid proof like medical certificates), we will actively coordinate with the hotel and do our best to secure a free cancellation or resale service.
  • If canceled for other reasons and the resale fails, the hotel room fee will be deducted according to the actual price (Desert Tengol Hotel, Yellow River Homestay Cluster, Helan Mountain Homestay Cluster).
