During major holidays such as the Spring Festival and New Year's Day, hotel bookings are non-cancellable. In case of force majeure, a special application can be made with supporting documents, and the specific loss will be determined based on the materials reviewed by the hotel.
If canceled 30-8 days before the trip, the buyer notifies of cancellation and pays 20% of the total tour cost as liquidated damages.
If the trip is canceled 7-1 days before the itinerary, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will be paid.
If the trip is canceled on the day of departure, and the buyer notifies of the cancellation, 100% of the total tour fee will be charged as a penalty.
