• Due to the large crowds and heavy traffic on the day of the fireworks event, to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary and the safety of travelers, the organizer reserves the right to shorten or cancel some attractions at any time based on actual traffic conditions.
• The fireworks display will, in principle, proceed as scheduled even if it rains. However, in the event of severe weather, the event may be canceled or postponed, and we ask for your understanding. Additionally, umbrellas are prohibited in the viewing area; please wear raincoats in case of rain for safety and visibility.
• Please do not bring tripods or simple chairs into the viewing area, so as not to disturb other viewers; the viewing area is a designated standing-only section, but you may bring your own single seat cushion for added comfort if needed.
