You can make mochi from scratch alongside a master craftsman!

After making your own mochi, you can toast it on a traditional Japanese shichirin grill and enjoy it with your choice of toppings!

An instructor with an English-speaking guide will carefully teach each participant how to perform a tea ceremony using an authentic tea kettle!

You'll receive one-on-one instruction from a tea ceremony master and learn how to make delicious matcha!

As part of the pre-ceremony ritual, you'll be served sweet confections before your tea ceremony experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the authentic tradition!
