Eligibility
- Children aged 2-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 18+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- This activity has no age limit
- Children of age 12 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above to enter the Park. Children between 13 to 17 may enter the Park unaccompanied by a person aged 18 or older; but are not permitted to act as a guardian for children below 17. All visitors must produce valid identity documents upon request by our staff
- Persons aged 18 or above will not be admitted unless accompanying a child
- Each adult may only accompany one child that is below 2 years old into the Park at any one time

Additional information
- Only visitors with valid tickets are permitted to enter Nickelodeon Town (the "Park")
- Tickets can only be used during their validity period
- Any person attempting to gain admission to the Park or who is found inside the Park without a valid admission ticket, must leave the Park upon our staff's request
- Please note that facilities in the Park are not suitable for those who are under 2 years old
- All tickets and passes are not refundable, transferable and for resale. Visitors who produce any ticket or pass that is tampered with or altered, will be denied admission
- To be admitted into the Park, visitors must wear grip socks, and children aged 2 to 17 must wear our designated grip socks that provided by the Park
- Visitors must leave the Park upon the expiry of their session
- Visitors are responsible for taking care of their own property and belongings. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any visitor, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise
- We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the Park
- For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running
- Please respect fellow Park visitors during your visit and be careful not to bump into, push or move ahead of others in the queue. The entire party must wait together. Members of a party are not allowed to join those already in the queue
- The following activities are strictly prohibited at the Park: a. Drinking of alcoholic drinks, vaping, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor; b. Consumption of food or drink purchased outside the Park but visitors are allowed to bring water in plastic bottles for personal consumption; c. Sale of goods and/or services except with prior consent from us; d. Commercial photography or videography except with prior consent from us; e. Distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind; f . Unauthorized events, demonstrations or speeches, or the usage of any flag, banner or sign, and other unauthorized public gatherings; g. Playing or operating remote.controlled flying devices or drones; and h. Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the Park or any associated facility
- No one is permitted to bring the following items into the Park: a. Dangerous or hazardous materials. b. Weapons of any kind, or objects that may give the appearance or impression of being weapons or toy guns. c. Alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance.d. Cans or glass containers (with the exception of small containers such as baby food jars).e. Bags, boxes, coolers or luggage larger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm. Loose or dry ice is not permitted in these containers. Re-usable ice packs are recommended.f. Wheeled luggage.g. Carts or other wheeled carriers (with the exception of manual wheelchairs, electrically powered mobility devices with at least 3 wheels and which operate at a walking pace; and strollers with dimensions not exceeding 92cm x 132cm).h. Animals (with the exception of service dogs with valid identification). Service dogs means guide dogs or dogs that are trained to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, a person with a disability. Service dogs must remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner at all times. Due to the nature of some attractions or activities in the Park, service dogs may not be permitted to access certain facilities, attrac-tions or areas in the Park.i. Large tripods, folding chairs and stools.j. Recreational devices with wheels, including but not limited to skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels. k. Other items that we determine may be harmful, disruptive, offensive or may impede the operation of the Park or any associated facility
- Please follow our staff's instructions, comply with all notices and consider the safety of other visitors when parking and/or locking your stroller. We reserve the right to remove any parked strollers without prior notice, refund or compensation, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require
- For safety reasons, the Park has the discretion to: (a) prohibit any visitor from entering the Park such as when the capacity is full; and (b) deny admission, or to require removal from the Park, of any person without refund or compensation, for illegal, unsafe or offensive behavior, or if we consider that the circumstances so require
- Visitors with a temperature over 37.5°C or respiratory problems are prohibited from entering the Park
- This Park is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance
- Please pay attention to the rules and regulations before using any facilities or equipment or participating in any activities, at the Park. The usage of certain facilities or equipment; or participation in certain activities at the Park may have height restrictions and can therefore be used by certain children only. We may without refund or compensation, refuse entry to these facilities and access to equipment to any person or prohibit any person from using any facilities and equipment or participating in these activities for safety reasons or if we consider that the circumstances so require
- Visitors to the Park agree to comply with all notices and directions by any of our staff members for the purpose of ensuring safety and order
- We will remove all items in the shoes storage area every day after the Park's operation hours without refund or compensation for any lost
- Please take good care when using the Park's facilities, equipment, items and hardware. Visitors shall be required to pay an administrative charge of at least HKD100 and compensate us for the actual repair or replacement cost of any damage caused by them to any facilities, equip-ment, items and/or hardware
- We may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part thereof temporarily, or suspend the operation of individual rides, facilities, equipment and/or activities for weather, safety, mainte-nance, and/or any other reason
- Visitors to the Park accept and agree that we may take and use photographs and/or videos of them and/or their children for staff training and/or advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other commercial purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification
- All visitors to the Park understand, agree, acknowledge that:a. they enter the Park and participate in its activities, rides and games, and use all facilities and equipment at their own risk, including all known and unknown risks, including without limitation, risks of INJURY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH; and that the said activities, rides, games, facilities and equipment are operated by Wider Yield (Macau) Limited, our third-party operator; b. accept sole responsibility for his/her own conduct and actions, as well as the conduct and actions of individual(s) under his/her care; c. (i) they are in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the activities of the Park; (ii) they are not under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs which would in any way impair their ability to safely participate in activities; (iii) they have not been advised against activities by a health professional; d. they will have, immediately upon entering the Park or prior to participating in any activities, inspected and carefully considered premises and facilities of the Park, and have found them to be in an acceptable and safe condition; e. they acknowledge and accept that, in certain circumstances, our staff may have incidental physical contact with visitors (including without limitation, children) for safety reasons; f. we make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes given out or awarded at the Park ("Park Prize(s)"); g. their entry to the Park or acceptance of any Park Prize otherwise shall, to the extent permitted by law, constitute a release and discharge of us, our associated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, by such visitors from any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which they may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to the Park, the activities, rides, games and facilities therein, and the Park Prizes; and h. to the extent permitted by law, we, our associated companies and ours and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, shall not under any circumstances, be liable for any liability, losses, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, death and/or personal injury suffered by any visitors to the Park, whether the same is caused by our negligence, act, omission or otherwise or that of our associated companies or our or theirs respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives
- By entering the Park, each visitor agrees that he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by and subject to these Park Rules and Regulations
- In the event of disputes in respect of any matter relating to the Park or any of its activities, facilities, equipment or rides, Wider Yield (Macau) Limited ("Wider Yield (Macau) Limited", "we", "us" or "our") decision shall be final and binding. In the event there are inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Park Rules and Regulations, the English version shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency
- These Rules and Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China
