Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 16+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Additional information

• Infants aged 0-11 months old are not allowed to be seated on bikes according to the New York City law
• Each rider must not exceed a weight of 300lbs
• Bike insurance is available for purchase at the shop. You may refer to the exact price at the store upon arrival. This is optional but it is highly recommended as this will protect you from paying for damages to the bike for up to USD400. If the bike is stolen, the insurance will shoulder up to USD200
• Please return the bike within the opening hours of the shops. If you’re unable to return the bike on time, you will be charged USD10 per hour
• You may ask the staff for any complementary equipment that you may need (e.g. baskets, locks and keys, helmets, maps, etc.)
• It's recommended that you purchase personal travel insurance before booking this
