Additional information

• Laser guns use weak laser technology, are painless, and do not cause any physical harm.
• During the game, players will wear vests and anti-collision helmets provided by the supplier (children will also be provided with knee pads and elbow pads). Anti-collision sponges and anti-collision strips are installed on the walls of the venue to provide comprehensive protection.
• Those who are not feeling well on the day of entry should inform us
• Medical kits and ice packs are available on site, and coaches will provide assistance
• To enjoy the best gaming experience, it is recommended to wear light clothing that is easy to move in. Shoes should mainly cover the feet, such as sports shoes
• Running and sprinting are strictly prohibited in the museum
• Somersaults, wall climbing and crawling are prohibited
• It is prohibited to physically collide with others, snatch others' laser guns, or physically attack others with guns

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
