• Younger children with strong riding experience may be accommodated upon request
• Guided rides can be tailored to your skill level and interests. If there are specific trails or riding areas you would like to explore, please let the operator know when booking, and they will do their best to accommodate your preferences
• Electric and acoustic bike rentals are available as optional extras at an additional charge
• Shuttle services are available as an optional extra at an additional charge, providing convenient trailhead drop-offs, access to select riding areas, and the option to combine shuttles with guided rides for a seamless mountain biking experience
• If you do not have your own mountain bike or protective gear, rental bikes, helmets, and other protective equipment are available at an additional cost. Please inform the operator in advance to ensure the required equipment is prepared for your ride
