• Please arrive at Zhuhai Jiuzhou Airport half an hour in advance.

• This product is only available for tourists aged 2 years and older. The price is the same for all ages, and there is no free ticket policy.
• To board the helicopter, passengers must present a valid ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. (For children without an ID card, please bring their household registration book.)
• The Bell 505 has 4 sightseeing seats and will be a shared flight with other tourists. A family of four will be able to enjoy the flight exclusively.
• The helicopter has two rows: one seat in the front and three seats in the back. We cannot guarantee specific seat assignments as seating is arranged according to FAA-approved weight and balance requirements. Regardless of where you are seated, every seat offers excellent views.
• In the event of severe weather conditions that do not meet the requirements for safe flight or irresistible natural disasters (such as lightning, heavy fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.) as notified by the airline or airport, the flight will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
• Helicopter flights are subject to various factors such as weather and air traffic control. If there are any changes to the sightseeing ticket flight time purchased by the visitor, the operator will notify them in advance. For changes occurring on the day of the flight, the announcements at the airport will prevail.

• 1. This helicopter aerial tour product is jointly created by Reignwood Aviation and China Southern General Aviation. China Southern General Aviation is a helicopter operator that complies with Part 135 of the China Civil Aviation Regulations and other relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and possesses an air tour business license; Reignwood Aviation is responsible for the business sales and passenger liaison for this product.
• 2. This helicopter tour product uses Bell 505 helicopters, which can carry 4 passengers for aerial sightseeing. Reignwood Aviation is responsible for handling related insurance, including hull insurance (insurance amount of RMB 10.61 million), third-party (non-passenger) statutory liability insurance (liability limit of RMB 100 million), and passenger statutory liability insurance (liability limit of RMB 3 million).
• 3. Please bring your original or electronic version of your ID card, household registration book, or passport (for mainland residents) and Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (for Hong Kong and Macao residents) to complete the check-in procedure. Failure to present the required documents will result in denied boarding and no refund will be issued. You will be notified in advance if there are any changes to the flight.

Safety Notice:

• 1. Passengers are prohibited from wearing hats, scarves, or slippers on the helicopter.
• 2. Pets are strictly prohibited in the airport.
• 3. Lighters, power banks and other hazardous materials, as well as personal items like bags, are prohibited on the helicopter.
• 4. For passenger safety, taking photos or lingering during boarding and deplaning is prohibited. Please follow staff instructions for safe boarding and deplaning.
• Children aged 5-12 and seniors aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member to board the plane.
• 6. Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol before boarding the helicopter.
• 7. During the flight, touching any buttons, switches, windows, or doors inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Interfering with the pilot's normal operation of the aircraft is also prohibited.
• 8. In the event of flight delays or cancellations due to weather conditions or air traffic control, please wait patiently or contact Reignwood staff for rescheduling and refunds.
