• Please select the check-in date for the first night. If you need to stay for multiple consecutive days, please place separate orders for each date.

• Hot springs may cause health risks for expecting mothers, people with bleeding disorders, hypertension, heart problems or those wearing a pacemaker

• Please bring your own swimwear (trunks), towels, and all hot spring supplies. Lockers and bath towels are provided free of charge in the hot spring area.

• Do not soak in hot springs when hungry or overly full, otherwise you may experience dizziness, nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms.

• Patients with heart disease, high blood pressure, and arteriosclerosis should slowly wipe their bodies with hot spring water before soaking, to avoid choosing a hot spring with an excessively high temperature at the beginning.

• Before soaking in hot springs, remember to remove any metal ornaments from your body, otherwise, the jewelry may be sulfurized and turn black.

• Pregnant women should try to avoid hot springs.

• Each room can accommodate 1 infant under 1 year old using existing bedding.
• Children under 120 cm in height can enjoy free breakfast.

• The hotel does not accept unaccompanied minors under 18 years old. If check-in is not possible due to age, the room fee for the vacant room will still be charged.
