The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

Usage validity
The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 day(s) before the selected activity date
No refunds will issued also for latecomers, no-shows, unused/partially used tours and tour activities
Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are made less than 4 day(s) before the scheduled activity time
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
