Please be sure to leave a remark when placing your order. If not notified in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse your boarding and the tour fee will not be refunded. [Regarding Force Majeure] Arrival times for each itinerary may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd conditions on the day. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and curtail the itinerary on-site. Your understanding is appreciated, and you may not request a refund of fees on this basis.
