Participants must be 5 years of age or older to participate in this activity; due to the unique nature of this activity, it is not recommended for seniors aged 65 and above.
Not recommended for participants weighing over 100 kg.
Bookings accepted for 1 or more people on holidays, and 4 or more people on weekdays. If the minimum group size is not met, a cancellation notice will be sent by email 1 day before the event.
In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, rescheduling or a refund will be arranged.
Please trim your nails before the activity, as long nails are prone to breakage during the activity.

Cell phones, wallets, keys, watches, necklaces, and rings are easily damaged and lost in the creek. We recommend keeping important items in your vehicle. Coin-operated lockers are also available on-site.
Recommended items to bring: Change of clothes, water bottle, eyeglasses (please attach an eyeglass strap to prevent them from being swept away by the stream), and for those who wear contact lenses, please bring an extra pair of regular glasses for use in the water.
