Eligibility

• Children aged 6+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Minimum age requirement: 6 years old and above

• Participants must be aged under 65 to take part in this activity

Booking limitations

• Non-Summer Vacation Period: A minimum of 6 people is required for weekday tours and 4 people for weekend tours. If the minimum group size is not met, we will arrange a reschedule or provide a full refund.
• Summer Vacation Period: A minimum of 4 people are required for both weekdays and holidays. If the minimum group size is not met, we will arrange a reschedule or a full refund.

Additional information

• For safety concerns, photographic equipment, cell phones, and sports cameras should not be used during the activity

• Due to the unique nature of this activity, it is not open to travelers under 6 years of age or over 65 years of age. Please note.

• Throughout the activity, professional instructors will accompany you and provide assistance at all times. For your safety and the safety of the team, please ensure you wear all safety equipment, including a helmet, life jacket, and canyoning shoes, and follow the instructor's directions.

• Outdoor activities emphasize cooperation and teamwork, and are conducted with the assistance of activity coaches. All activities are insured. Please follow the coach's instructions during the experience. To prevent accidents, the on-site coach has the right to immediately terminate the activity if instructions are not followed and warnings are ignored, and no refund will be given.

• Please inform us if you have any past or present medical conditions such as dizziness, arthritis injuries, heart disease, pregnancy, hypertension, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions (such as asthma; please bring your own medication). The instructor will make special arrangements based on individual circumstances. We will not be responsible for any accidents that occur if we are not informed.

• For glasses wearers, please use an eyeglass retainer strap to secure your glasses due to concerns about them falling off and for safety reasons. For those wearing disposable contact lenses, you can prepare goggles to prevent your glasses from falling off and affecting safety.

• During the activity, participants will need to grip handles tightly when passing through rapid currents. 3C products (cell phones, non-waterproof cameras) are prone to falling into the stream and are difficult to recover. Therefore, please do not bring 3C products into the water. We are not responsible for lost personal items.

• The instructor will take photos of you and make them available for download online. If you do not want your picture to be posted online, please inform the instructor taking photos on-site.

• In the event of inclement weather, natural environmental changes, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day of the activity that make it impossible to reach the activity location, the instructor on site reserves the right to change the activity location or cancel the activity for safety reasons.
