• A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email or message regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date.
• Travel time may take as much as twice the normal time on weekends and public holidays. We recommend to travel on weekdays for this tour
• Each railbike can seat 4 people. Group of 4 will be seated together by default without extra charge and group of 1-3 will need to ride with other participants
• If you want to use a private railbike please add on-option "private railbike" after ordering the product
• Gangchon Rail Bike can be boarded at one of three locations, Gim Yu-jeong Station, Gapyeong Station, and Gyeonggang Station, depending on the local weather and traffic conditions
• In case of severe weather conditions (e.g. Typhoon), the tour operator will contact you before the trip on the day and a full refund will be given

• [Chuncheon Taxi Notice] The basic service includes 3 hours of service (covering stops, sightseeing, and travel). Additional time will be charged at KRW 20,000 per hour, payable in cash to the driver.
• [Chuncheon Taxi Notice] The meeting point is fixed at [Gimyujeong Rail Bike Station]. After your rail bike experience, please take the free shuttle bus back to the starting point to meet your taxi driver.
• [Chuncheon Taxi Notice] You may choose your preferred departure time. However, please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to departure. If you are late due to traffic or other reasons, please contact us in writing before your scheduled departure time. The driver may wait up to one hour, but the trip will still end at the original scheduled time.
• [Chuncheon Taxi Notice] For example, if you book a trip from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and meet the driver at 10:00 AM, the trip will still end at 12:00 PM.) and for even more late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
