How to redeem

  • Present your mobile voucher

  • You can view your voucher by logging into the Klook app/website, tapping "Bookings" under "Account," and then tapping "View Voucher."

  • You will not be able to use the service if you cannot show your voucher to the local staff on the day via a smartphone or other device.

  • Please note that the URL for displaying the voucher must be presented on a smartphone or other device with internet access. Access may be unavailable in locations without WiFi.

  • When entering the facility, an electronic voucher must be handled by the facility staff. Please note that if you accidentally handle it yourself, the ticket will be invalidated and you will not be able to enter.

  • By bus: From JR Nagasaki Station (bus stop in front of FamilyMart), take the Ken-ei Bus (Kazagashira-machi ~ Yume Saito Line) and get off at "Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture."

  • By bus: Take the local bus to "Sakuramachi Koen-mae" bus stop, then 3 minutes on foot.

  • By train: [Streetcar] 5-minute walk from "Sakuramachi" stop

  • By train: [Streetcar] Get off at "Nagasaki Ekimae" and walk 10 minutes towards Sakuramachi.

  • By train: [Streetcar] 10-minute walk towards Sakuramachi Elementary School from "City Hall" stop

  • By car: 10 minutes from Nagasaki Expressway (Nagasaki Susukizuka IC) towards Suwa Shrine

  • 10-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station towards Sakuramachi
