Present your MTR confirmation email and passport to exchange for a physical ticket at the Hong Kong Airport Express Counter (Monday-Sunday: 06:00-23:00)

Airport Express Station Customer Service Centre (Tsing Yi Station, Kowloon Station and Hong Kong Station)
Airport Express Station Customer Service Centre (Airport Station – only available at the station's arrival platform counter)
Ticket redemption counter operating hours: Monday to Sunday 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM
All tickets in the same booking must be redeemed together
