If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse the guest to board the bus due to the resulting congestion and safety hazards in the car, and the fee will not be refunded.
• During group trips, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you leave the group on your own, the unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility
