What to bring

  • Participants must bring or rent professional mountaineering equipment: hiking boots, separate rain jacket and pants, headlamp, warm clothing, and a mountaineering backpack that can hold all carried items.
  • Proof of inbound travel insurance is required before departure. Please log in to the website mentioned above to book inbound travel insurance after entry, and provide it to the platform or the guide/team leader on the day of departure. If there is no insurance, the guide/team leader has the right to refuse boarding.

Cancellation Policy

  • You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
  • Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
  • If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
  • Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
