Eligibility

Additional information

• Due to factors such as queuing, cable car suspension, and traffic jams, it may not be possible to visit the Mid-Levels area. The Mid-Levels scenic area uses the Golden Summit ticket. If the Wanniensi Temple fee (¥10) and the Mid-Levels cable car fee (¥65 for the ascent) have been collected, but a visit is not possible, the tour guide will refund the Mid-Levels fees collected (excluding the ticket). The travel agency is not responsible if the Mid-Levels area cannot be visited.
• Lunch will be at the restaurant in the Wannian Temple parking lot. As lunch may be late, visitors are welcome to bring their own snacks.

Travel agency liability insurance is purchased by the travel agency, and the insurance company underwrites the legal compensation liability that the travel agency should bear for accidents caused by negligence or errors during the organization of tourism activities. • During any stops along the way for water, restrooms, or other reasons, please watch your step, head, and surroundings when getting on and off the vehicle or using cable cars. Avoid walking or stopping on roadways, near cliffs, or at the edge of roads. Most restrooms along the way are fee-based by locals. Please pay voluntarily and avoid unnecessary arguments with locals.
• The monkeys of Mount Emei travel in packs and are very mischievous. Do not tease them, as this may cause them to harm you. (The tour operator is not responsible for situations where monkeys cannot be seen due to seasonal or weather factors that cause them to retreat into the mountains.)
• The travel agency does not accept unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 who do not have full civil capacity to participate in group tours. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to participate in a group tour. The adult who registers for the tour together with the minor will be their guardian during the tour and is responsible for the minor's safety precautions.
• The representative of Party A (i.e., the tourist) signing the contract must obtain the consent of all tourists included in the contract before signing the contract with the travel agency on behalf of Party A. Any contract changes must be made by the contract signatory, who must bring the contract to the travel agency to process the changes.
