Pick-up information

• Only guests holding a valid DPR ticket or confirmed booking will be permitted to board the shuttle
• Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity. Possession of a DPR ticket therefore does not guarantee a seat.
• The consumption of food and beverages is strictly prohibited on board, to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all passengers
• DPR and the Operator make no guarantee regarding shuttle availability or timeliness and accept no liability for delays or missed connections.

How to get there

• By car: From Downtown Dubai, head south of Sheikh Zayed Road, past Dubai Marina and Jebel Ali, till you see Dubai Parks and Resorts on the left side of the road. The journey should take less than 40 minutes
• By metro: Take the Red Line on the metro to the last station, Jebel Ali. From there, take a taxi for the short remaining distance to Dubai Parks and Resorts
