  • Cruise departs every 30 minutes during summer (Apr-Oct) and every 1 hour during winter (Nov-Mar)
  • The canal cruise does not operate on April 27: Kingsday, August 5: Pride & Queer Canal Parade, December 25: Christmas, and December 31: no cruises after 4:00 PM

  • The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an open ticket. No timeslot has been allocated and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks: The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. You can redeem your canal cruise inside one of the ticket offices of Gray Line Amsterdam / Blue Boat Company where a timeslot will be assigned
  • The City Canal Cruise open ticket is only valid for the day time cruise before 18:00
