• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Up to 1 child can board the cruise free of charge, accompanied by an adult

Additional information

• Customers who have made reservations must also come to the ticket window on the boarding day to take boarding procedures.
• Luggage storage service You can store your luggage at the coin lockers in the waiting room of Otsu Port.
• Customers in wheelchairs The Otsu Port has two multipurpose restrooms
• Bicycles are not allowed onboard
• There is free Wi-Fi on board. (Lake Biwa Free Wi-Fi) However, connecting may be challenging due to the route, signal conditions, etc.
• The cruise may change to Cruise Bianca and other cruises depending on the number of people booked on the day and local conditions
• Please note that due to strong winds and bad weather, there may be changes in the cruise schedule (timetable) and port departures and arrivals, or boarding may not be possible
