Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 0-9 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• This event will be conducted in English.
• This is not a private plan. You will join with other guests.
• Capacity is 30 people.
• Reception opens 30 minutes prior to show time.
• Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the show.
• Seats are free seats and all participants can be seated.
• In case you arrive late, you can still enter during the event.
• Taxis are difficult to catch in Kyoto during high season, and city buses are crowded. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
• Photography is allowed during the event.
• Children’s Participation : During the event, especially during the dance, explanation, and Q&A sessions, please keep quiet so that everyone can enjoy the experience. If your child becomes unsettled, you may step outside temporarily, and you are welcome to return anytime once your child has settled. We kindly ask you to come back for the photo session. Please note that if you are unable to enjoy quietly, we may kindly ask you to step out, and no refunds will be issued.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Pets are prohibited
