• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

• Airport Pick-Up

• A representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name

• The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available

• Please note for airport pick up or drop off: Please make sure to indicate the correct flight number. Missed pick up services due to incorrect flight numbers will not be refundable. If your flight number has changed, please inform the operator as soon as possible so the driver can track your flight status. Maximum of 1-pc luggage per guest. If clients bring more that the maximum allowable luggage allowance, the client may be served with a bigger vehicle and will be subject to a surc harge. Otherwise, the operator shall not be held liable for any discomfort the clients might experience due to excess in luggage.

• Bus Terminal Pick-Up

• A representative will be waiting at the terminal holding a sign with your name

• Pick-up and drop off services are available for bus terminals in Legazpi

• The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the time of arrival. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available

• Vehicle Information:

• In most cases, groups of 1-4pax will be served using SUV type of vehicle. If the client requests for bigger vehicle type i.e., AUV/Van, there will be a surcharge of P500. Groups of 5-10pax will be served using AUV/Van type of vehicle. If for any reason that the available vehicle for Group of 5-7pax is SUV and with guest’s approval, the client will be entitled to a refund of P500.

• Pickup/dropoff outside Legazpi Centro, Daraga Centro or Bicol International Airport is subject to surcharge payable directly to the driver
