How to redeem

• Zermatt Train Station/Bus Stop

• Depart from Zermatt bus stop, the bus ride is included in your Klook voucher

• Please refer to the map for assistance

• How to get there: By bus: Take 571/572 to Zermatt Bahnhof and walk for 1 minute

• Ticket counter at Cable Car Station

• Once at the cable car station, exchange the voucher for a ticket

• Please refer to the map for assistance

• Please note that the cable car counter opens at 8:15. It is recommended that you start the tour latest by 14:00 so that you can also see the viewing platform and the glacier palace before your descent. Please note that activities will close 30 minutes prior to the departure of the last cable car

• Please exchange your voucher at the Zermatt Valley Station Glacier Paradise ticket office (not at the machines). Wait times may vary by season. Proceed to the cable car after the exchange.
