• This glacier tour includes variable terrain, sharp rocks, slippery ice, and changing weather conditions which are common
• This tour includes an easy walk over the moraine to the ‘Ice Falls’ area, the main highlight of the glacier
• Weather: Summer daytime temperature ranges from 12.78-21.11 Celsius, but it can be -15 to -12 Celsius cooler on the glacier itself
• Bathrooms are available at the check-in location at Hicks Creek and also once guests arrive at Matanuska Glacier Park, right before heading onto the glacier (Restroom breaks are limited, it is recommended to use the facilities before the tour)

Glacier park access fee:

• Glacier access fee: Guest are required to pay a glacier access fee as the access to Matanuska Glacier is privately owned, this fee will be collected at check-in
• Adult (Aged 17+): USD 55
• Teens (Aged 13-16): USD 25
• Alaska residents, military & seniors (Aged 65+): USD 30
• This activity is not recommended for people who suffer from diseases caused by respiratory disabilities such as COPD, severe asthma, emphysema, among others
